In a world filled with consumerism, it's refreshing to be inspired. Inspired to create something, inspired to make it your own, put your signiture on it. That's what Nine Inch Nails did with their 2025 Peel It Back Tour Poster. I don't need another t-shirt, so my go-to item at the merch table is always a tour book or poster. When I saw Nine Inch Nails in St. Paul, Minnesota this past August, I was bummed to see neither tour book nor poster at the merch table. No worries, concert was amazing. A month later, a tour poster was announced. But not just any poster, a poster that could be peeled back to reveal another poster. I didn't hesitate; purchase made.

When I got it, I opened it at my local frame shop, Dots. They always do a great job handling art work and tour posters. To our suprise, the adhisive was strong. This would take some time and patience. I brought the poster home and grabbed a hairdryer. Mistakes turned into ideas. "The shape of this letter fits over here!" Peeling, tearing, re-applying, thinking about quiting, doing a little more, stepping back, satisfied. "now doesn't it make you feel better."

The Nine Inch Nails merch page features photos of poster submissions. Every single one is unique.
